Jen has consulted with numerous companies with trouble shooting and survey readiness, and served as a personal coach and preceptor for students seeking CDM certification. Jen serves as a limited consultant as a ServSafe Proctor & Instructor. She has over 40 years of healthcare and foodservice experience.
