Session: The A-Z of Sanitation Standards
Bio: Linda Crandall is a RD, LD and is licensed in several states. She is the CEO and President of Crandall Corporate Dietitians Inc., one of the largest dietary consulting firms in the U.S. Her company services over 2000 communities in 48 states and has over 350 Registered Dietitians and DTR’s on her staff. The company has created cutting edge clinical and management systems and has a web-based menu and integrated tray card system and weight variance system. Linda has spoken in several health care conferences over the years.

Dunnam Rocky S.
Session: Elevating your Menu: Blending Culture, Trends and Nutrition
Bio: Chef Rocky Dunnam, CDM, CFPP was classically-trained as a Chef at the esteemed Le Cordon Bleu Scottsdale and interned with Celebrity Chef Beau MacMillan at Elements (Sanctuary Resort and Spa). He grew and nurtured his career in reputable resorts and restaurants across the Southwest before making a shift to healthcare. Most recently, Rocky has won the title of 2015 Battle of the Area Chefs Champion, was featured in Foodservice Director magazine "Under 30", has published articles in Nutrition and Foodservice Edge magazine, and has competed on Food Networks Cutthroat Kitchen. He is currently the Executive Chef for the Bivins Foundation serving Childers Place and Bivins Memorial Nursing Home, as well as Nineteen49 Catering in Amarillo, Texas.

Hanna Schupp Mary C.
Session: Valuing Diversity: Creating an Environment of Intention & Contribution
Bio: Mary Hanna, BS, CDM, CFPP graduated from Purdue University with a BS in Dietetics. Mary has been in the foodservice industry for over 30 years. She taught at The New Orleans School of Cooking for several years before she moved to Arizona. Now she serves as the Director of Dining Services at Marvailla Care Center. She has responsibilities for both clinical and culinary production. Mary received the ANFP 2015 Embrace Diversity award, serves on the Professional Development Committee and is active as the Chapter Spokesperson for the Arizona Chapter. Mary is passionate about leadership, mentorship and investment in each of her employees. Through community outreach programs , Mary has a created a diverse team of employees including those with special needs, first generation Americans, disadvantaged youth, former gang members and individuals from the LGBTQ community. She is recognized for her dynamic presentation skills, sense of humor, and ability to inspire others.

Session: The Power of Story Telling: Transforming Your Journey
Bio: Bionca Lindsey, BS, AA, AS, CDM, CFPP, FPPS, is the CEO and Founder of “Be Caught Livin”. The company’s mission is to inspire others to reach beyond the person you see in the mirror, by identifying your dreams, getting to know yourself and believing in tomorrow. She brings you HOPE! (Helping Others Prosper Everyday). She has served as Chief Master Sergeant in the United States Air Force for 30 years, the Senior Enlisted Medic, and personal advisor to the Air Combat Command Surgeon General. She provided guidance on matters concerning the welfare, training, utilization and force development of the command’s 4,400 medical enlisted personnel in 17 different specialties with a $522 million budget at 14 military medical facilities around the U.S. Bionca also held the position of the Dietary Therapy Career Field Manager, the enlisted consultant to the Air Force Surgeon General Consultant Biomedical Science Corps for Dietetics, and the Army’s highest diet therapy career field area. Bionca became a CDM, CFPP in 1996 and has served in various state and national positions. She currently serves on ANFP’s Political Action Committee, Professional Development Committee, and Leadership Development Committee. She has previously served on ANFP’s Culinary Task Force. She now focuses on being the CEO of her own company, as well as a leadership developer, public speaker, conference promoter/planner, foodservice financial management assessor, women’s mentor and encourager, organization assessor, teamwork builder, and life coach.
