By the end of this course, participants will have a thorough understanding of food allergies, including common allergens, symptoms, management strategies, and emergency response procedures. This knowledge will better prepare you to train your staff on allergen awareness. Additionally, this course provides training methods to help you understand how to develop a training plan for teaching food allergy awareness.
