100-Question Pre-Test
The multiple-choice questions are representative of the exam percentage breakdown for the five exam content areas (as listed in the 2025 Detailed Content Outline) and offer a full course and content review. Each correct answer is provided and references the textbook readings to help review the concepts. Using the web-based menu, a breakdown of your scores by content area is available.

Study tips are provided, which include question types and suggestions on how to study for each type of question.
100-Question Practice Exam
A timed (two-hour) practice exam will help the learner identify areas from the 2025 Detailed Content Outline that may require additional study time. Answers are confidential and are not retained in the system.
Six-month access begins the day of purchase. Access to the course is for a single user and should not be shared with others. The answers to all questions reference the following textbooks: Nutrition Fundamentals & Medical Nutrition Therapy, 4th Edition (Eck © 2024), and Foodservice Management – By Design, 4th Edition (Eck, © 2024).
Course login is valid for six months from the date of purchase. No online course extensions will be granted. All online courses are non-refundable.
