The LTC Survey Requirements for Participation were released 10/4/2016. Food, nutrition and dining are integral focus areas. Certified Dietary Managers must know what these changes are and what surveyors will be looking at during the survey process. This session will present an overview of the key changes and implementation timelines to put you in the “driver’s seat” for success.
