Description

Change is inevitable and to keep up with change, we need to adapt our skills to successfully lead our teams. In this course, you will discover the leadership skills needed throughout the change process. You will also understand the psychology of change to better help those on your team that may resist change to bring them on-board to effectively meet your team's goals.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand steps of change process that include evaluating, planning, implementing and measuring change.
  • Identify skills needed to be a change leader and discover tips to help your team embrace change.
  • Define the impact of your ideas through a litmus test.

***PLEASE NOTE: A planned migration to a new learning management system is taking place June 2019. Any courses in progress, but not complete as of 5/31/19 will need to be restarted and completed in the new learning management system after 7/1/19.

No online course extensions will be granted. All online courses are non-refundable. CE credit will be given upon successful completion of all required areas of the course including the quiz and evaluation form.


This course is one of the five courses of the Leadership Online Course Series. The full series includes: Transition from Team Member to Member (Level I), You'll Never Know if You Don’t Ask: Getting Project Approval (Level II), Leading Through Change (Level II), Leading Through the Organizational Culture Change (Level III), and Team Empowerment: A Key to Leadership Success (Level III)

This course is a level II continuing competence.
