Speaker: Barbara Thomsen is a certified dietary manager, resident assessment coordinator with more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, having worked in facilities, government, as a current adjunct instructor, and in many national board positions. She has conducted numerous long-term care educational sessions across the country and currently is an Independent Health Care Consultant/Educator for ANFP as the Education & Regulatory Outreach Consultant.
