Annual Business Meeting & Leadership Breakfast tickets are included in the Full Conference registration fee for members, non-members, pre-professionals and spouse/guests. Non-registered guests may purchase tickets for $30 each.

R Kitchen Lunch & Learn, Saturday, June 2nd, 11:40 AM – 12:40 PM
Join colleagues in this interactive session where you’ll enjoy lunch while participating in an education session that takes place inside a commercial kitchen environment! Learn how to make purees work in your dining room. Space is limited, tickets are available for $30 and attendees will receive 1 CE credit hour.

Honors Gala, Saturday, June 2nd, 6:30 – 9:00 PM
This evening gala event is included with all registration categories. The Honors Gala will begin with a cash bar reception followed by a sit-down dinner and awards presentation. The evening will conclude with entertainment and dancing. The Nutrition & Foodservice Education Foundation (NFEF) will host their annual Silent Auction and raffle to raise money for the critical work of the Foundation. Semi-formal/evening attire is encouraged. Additional tickets, for non-registered guests may be purchase in advance or on-site for $80 each.

Refund Policy: Cancellations/Substitutions/Transfers

Cancellations must be received in writing no later than 14 days prior to the meeting in order to receive a full refund less a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 14 days of the meeting date. Substitutions or transfers to another meeting will be granted, prior to the start of the original meeting, for a $50 processing fee. All requests must be received in writing. There is a $30 fee for any stop payment or NSF check received. Every effort will be made to process refunds within four to six weeks of receipt.

Dress Code

"Smart" business casual is recommended to all education and social events. Recommendations for men include; trousers/khakis and a shirt with a collar. For women: trousers/knee-length skirt and a blouse or shirt with a collar. We do not recommend jeans, flip flops or athletic wear. Please Note: The attire for the Honors Gala is formal/semi-formal attire.
