As CDM, CFPPs we all march to different “regulations” and need to know how to follow, lead and engage our staff in that delicate balance of maneuvering through our jobs. Let’s review how to celebrate, whether it be long-term care, assisted living, acute care or school food service, mission accomplished in your kitchen setting! 
Learning Objectives: 
  • Participants will acquire knowledge of the differing regulatory requirements within their scope of practice/job descriptions.
  • Participants will gain understanding of the rules that apply and what governmental entity presides over them.
  • Obtain knowledge on how best to apply the skills to educate and monitor for regulatory compliance.
