Change is inevitable. To keep up with change, we need to adapt our skills to successfully lead our teams. In this course, you will discover the leadership skills needed throughout the change process. You will also understand the psychology of change to better help those on your team that may resist change to bring them on-board to effectively meet your team's goals.
Upon completion of this course, the successful learner will be able to:
- Understand the steps of the change process that include evaluating, planning, implementing, and measuring change
- Identify skills needed to be a change leader and discover tips to help your team embrace change
- Define the impact of your ideas through a litmus test
