The multiple-choice questions are representative of the exam percentage breakdown for the five exam content areas (as listed in the 2021 Detailed Content Outline) and are randomized to offer a full course and content review. Each correct answer is provided and references the textbook readings help you review the concepts.
Using the web-based menu, you may view a breakdown of your scores in the five content areas.
100-Question Practice Exam
Your score on the timed (two-hour) practice exam will help you identify areas from the 2021 Detailed Content Outline that you are most familiar with and those that may require additional study time. Your answers are confidential and are not retained in the system.
This course also includes 5 sets of flash cards by competence area and exam help sheets for food temperatures and lab tests with nutritional significance.
Six-month access begins the day of purchase. Access to the course is for a single user and should not be shared with others. The answers to all questions reference the following textbooks: Nutrition Fundamentals & Medical Nutrition Therapy, 3rd Edition (Zikmund © 2021), and Foodservice Management – By Design, 3rd Edition (Legvold and Salisbury, © 2021).
