All aboard the onboarding express! Take a 90-day journey through the onboarding process for a foodservice team member. In this session, participants will review key concepts and rationale for new hire orientation and develop onboarding goals and strategies. Together, participants will construct a template for new hire orientation. Jump on board and buckle up while we navigate employee onboarding!
