Pre-Event Workshop Kitchen Tour and Lecture

Washington University, Wednesday, June 26 | 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM

Washington University's dining services partner, Bon Appetit Management Company is committed to providing high-quality food in a sustainable manner. Learn how they menu plan for a culturally diverse market, make from scratch cooking in large scale, and discover sustainable kitchen practices to reduce their environmental footprint. Transportation and breakfast included. Tour will require standing and walking through a production kitchen. Space is limited. Earn 1.5 CE hours. Tickets cost $30 each.

Honors Gala

Thursday, June 27 | 6:30 PM - 10:00 PM

This evening gala event is included with all registration categories. Join your friends and colleagues for an evening of dinner, awards and dancing! Start your evening with a cocktail hour (cash bar) and silent auction immediately followed by dinner and awards presentation. Wrap up your evening with music and dancing. Cocktail attire recommended. Additional tickets for non-registered guests may be purchase in advance or on-site for $80 each.


Networking Luncheon

Friday, June 28 | 12:45PM – 2:00PM

This luncheon will provide additional, session-free time for you to network with industry professionals and friends. Additional tickets, for non-registered guests, may be purchased in advance or on-site for $35 each.

Refund Policy


Cancellations must be received in writing no later than 14 days prior to the meeting in order to receive a full refund less a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 14 days of the meeting date. Substitutions or transfers to another meeting will be granted, prior to the start of the original meeting, for a $50 processing fee. Please mail, fax or email written cancellation, substitution, or transfer requests to:

There is a $30 fee for any stop payment or NSF check received.
Every effort will be made to process refunds within four to six weeks of receipt.

Hotel Rates

Single/Double $165.00

Hotel Cut Off: The special discounted room rates are only available until June 5, 2019. After that date, the discounted rates will be awarded on a space-available basis only.

$40.00 Valet Parking & Union Station self-parking is $27.00 with in/out privileges.


Transportation to/from the hotel is not provided however directions and transportation options to/from the airport are available HERE.

Dress Code

"Smart" business casual is recommended to all education and social events. Recommendations for men include; trousers/khakis and a shirt with a collar. For women: trousers/knee-length skirt and a blouse or shirt with a collar. We do not recommend jeans, flip flops or athletic wear. The Honor’s Gala is semi-formal, evening attire is recommended.
