Optional Events
NFEF Foundation Gala (cocktail attire)
Monday, August 3rd, 6:30 – 9:00pm
This event is not included with any registration category. Gala tickets may be purchased in advance or on-site; all attendees, including non-registered guests, must purchase tickets for $35 each.
Refund Policy: Cancellations/Substitutions/Transfers
Cancellations must be received in writing no later than 14 days prior to the meeting in order to receive a full refund less a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 14 days of the meeting date. Substitutions or transfers to another meeting will be granted, prior to the start of the original meeting, for a $50 processing fee. Please mail, fax or email written cancellation, substitution, or transfer requests to: ANFP, Attn: Finance Department, 406 Surrey Woods Drive, St. Charles, IL 60174; Fax: (630) 587-6308, Email: finance@anfponline.org. All requests must be received in writing. There is a $30 fee for any stop payment or NSF check received.
Every effort will be made to process refunds within four to six weeks of receipt.

Transportation: From Orlando Int'l Airport (MCO) (approximately 18 miles):Take the Beachline Expressway West (528 West) to I-4 West. Take I-4 West to Exit 68 (Lake Buena Vista), turn right off the exit and proceed to second traffic light, turn left at light to our hotel entrance.

From Tampa Airport (TPA) (approximately 77 miles):Take I-275 North to I-4 East to Exit 68 (Lake Buena Vista). Turn left at the bottom of the exit ramp onto Route 535 North. Turn left at the third traffic light. Turn left into the Grand Cypress Resort.

From Tampa/St. Pete:Take I-4 East/Daytona Beach to Exit 68 (Lake Buena Vista), turn left off exit and proceed to 3rd traffic light, turn left at the light to hotel entrance.
From Daytona Beach:Take I-4 West/Tampa to Exit 68 (Lake Buena Vista), turn right off exit and proceed to 2nd traffic light, turn left at light to hotel entrance.
From Miami/Ft. Lauderdale/West Palm Beach:Take Florida Turnpike North to I-4 exit. Take I-4 West to Exit 68 (Lake Buena Vista), turn right at exit and proceed to 2nd traffic light, turn left at light to hotel.
From Cocoa Beach/Cape Canaveral:Take the Beachline Expressway ( 528 West) to I-4 West/Tampa, exit at 68 (Lake Buena Vista) and turn right, proceed to the 2nd traffic light, turn left at light to the hotel entrance.
Dress Code: Business casual however “cocktail attire” is recommended for the Foundation Gala.
